When I picked up this enticing blackberry jelly pudding for only 45 cal total, I thought it was too good to be true, but I didn’t expect to be baited THIS hard.
I have a bit of a bias towards Chinese food, since it’s what I grew up eating. Now I’m on a mission to convert my favourite Chinese childhood meals into vegan-friendly recipes. There are also many already vegan Chinese recipes out there that I plan on sharing.
