Indian Cuisine

Indian cuisine is fantastic for a plant-based diet since many recipes are naturally vegan. Even the ones that aren’t can usually be adapted to be vegan. Being a large country with such a long history, India has huge diversity in its foods (see this map to get an idea of the major regional cuisines). One thing they have in common for sure is that they are all delicious and flavourful.

NOTE: Some of the older recipes on this site contain animal products as they were published before I started a plant-only diet. But all new recipes are 100% vegan friendly!
