Indian cuisine is fantastic for a plant-based diet since many recipes are naturally vegan. Even the ones that aren’t can usually be adapted to be vegan. Being a large country with such a long history, India has huge diversity in its foods. One thing they have in common for sure is that they are all delicious and flavourful.

NOTE: Some of the older recipes on this site contain animal products as they were published before I started a plant-only diet. But all new recipes are 100% vegan friendly!
