Now that I’ve got an access card for the office, I can start reheating my prepped meals at lunchtime without fear of getting locked out!
Make a delicious, filling soup that’s high in fiber and protein. It’s perfect for meal prep. I always stock a portion or two in the freezer.
What a hectic week. Cooking has been a struggle at times because I’m still in the process of stocking my pantry with essentials.
